These terms govern your use of Syllabus2Cal, operated by Kamsiyochukwu Osigwe-Daniel. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact support@syllabus2cal.com with questions.
The service and your review
Syllabus2Cal helps you extract dates from course materials, review and correct events, organize a calendar and export it. Extracted dates, times, time zones and course details may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review them against your syllabus and official course updates before relying on them. The service does not guarantee perfect extraction, delivery of reminders, or that you will meet every deadline.
Your account and content
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and upload only content you have permission to use. You retain your rights in your content and permit us to process and store it as needed to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload unlawful content, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with others' use.
Availability and external calendars
Features can depend on service availability, account access and supported file formats. Google Calendar direct writes are currently paused and unavailable. PDF / ICS exports are available; you control imports into external calendars. Third-party accounts and services are also subject to their providers' terms.
Changes, suspension and termination
We may change or discontinue features, or reasonably restrict, suspend or terminate access to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations or material violations of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the action and provide a way to contact support. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Deletion requests require processing and are not instant.
Limitations and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
